Raise Your Voice – JDRF Needs your Help!

JDRF would like to thank everyone across the country who participated in our 2009 National Advocate Survey.  The survey was an overwhelming success with over 1000 individuals signing up to be a JDRF Advocate.  The voice of JDRF is even stronger in increasing awareness of diabetes and ultimately securing funding from the federal government to accelerate the pace of research to find a cure!

This fall, JDRF needs your help in raising our voice during the House of Commons Pre-Budget Consultations!  JDRF is seeking funding in the next federal budget to support our proposed funding partnership of $125 million from the federal government to create a Clinical Trial Network for diabetes research in Canada. We are seeking cross-country support for this campaign in raising awareness about our cause.

We need your help.  Please send a letter to your Member of Parliament (MP).  The more letters your MP receives the greater the attention JDRF is going to get!  Our goal is to make sure every MP receives letters from individuals touched by diabetes!
